Hello! I'm Sarah Mae.
When I'm not running my wedding and family photography business you can find me chasing my toddlers, Maverick and Ray, around the house, lol. I love light and exploring the beauty of North Texas. I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to share the beauty I see in you and this gorgeous place we call home through the images we capture together!
I've heard from a number of brides who have said something like, "OMG I booked a wedding photographer and after our engagement session I realized we're not a good fit but now I'm stuck in a contract with them!" I've always felt so bad for these sweet brides because wedding photography is NOT something you want to be unhappy with on your big day!
That's why I've decided to create a system that allows us to work together BEFORE you have to make that big decision of booking your wedding photographer. And I'm proud to say that 90% of brides who have gone through this system, have booked me for their wedding. The difference is, this time they KNOW for sure that they wont be disappointed on their wedding day!!

The Process
I am a natural, candid photographer (like the paparazzi, but without the big ugly flash and way less pushy). During our photoshoot I will focus on documenting YOU. Who you are, what you enjoy together, the little quirks that make your love strong.
The very first step to planning your engagement experience is to schedule a phone call so I can get to know you more. This is a 15 minute meet & greet to learn more about what your vision is for your photos.
After we chat on the phone I will follow up with you in an email and send over what's included in the engagement session as well as an online booking form for the shoot. You will also receive a complimentary style guide that will walk you through choosing your outfits!
During the session I will work to make you feel as laid back and comfortable as possible. Think of it as the two of you hanging out together, cuddling, laughing, playing, and having a special, romantic time each other. I'll direct you so you don't feel awkward, and capture some candid moments as you relax.
After the session I will set up an online video meeting to go over your images, pick out a complimentary 11x14 print, and answer any questions you may have about my engagement photo packages.

A $200 RETAINER IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR ENGAGEMENT PHOTOSHOOT.
You are not required to purchase anything after the photoshoot, but you will be offered the opportunity to purchase half or your full session gallery.
