Travel
I am available for traveling to your location or destination. I do my best to keep travel costs as low as reasonable possible. These fees go directly toward reimbursement of travel costs and are not eligible for discounting. Please inquire for details regarding travel costs. Rough estimates are as follows:

75-300 MILES OUTSIDE OF 75070 (Driving Distance) - $50-$200

OTHER DESTINATIONS (Flying Required) - $400-$900+
Taxes
I am required by law to charge sales tax.
Sales tax is not included in the package pricing.
Please inquire about your sales tax rates.
Texas: 8.25%
Booking Your Date
In order to reserve my services for your wedding date, a non-refundable retainer and signed agreement is required.

IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN YOUR WEDDING DATE
​
25% of the total is due as a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer paid at the time of booking. This will count toward your total payment.
​
The final balance is due no later than 30 days before the event.
Monthly payment plans are available.
IF YOU HAVE NOT YET CHOSEN YOUR WEDDING DATE
15% of the total is due as a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer for a 30 day soft hold.
You will receive your engagement session images.
You will have first right of refusal for dates in the month of your choice during the soft hold window.
10% of the total is due to complete the NON-REFUNDABLE retainer when your event date is chosen.
The final balance is due 30 days before the event.
