This lovely newborn and family photo shoot was taken in August, when it was still much to hot to do the photoshoot outside during the middle of the day, so instead we took the family photo session indoors.

The baby's nursery, where we took the majority of the photos had one window facing the East. We used the ambient light that spilled into the room to take some gorgeous photos of Baby Lucy with her parents. No flash was needed with the bright mid-day sun spilling into the room, diffused only by the shades on her window.
